Shipping & returns policy


We ship worldwide with Bpost (Belgian Postal service) and UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

We send out packages on all weekdays (no weekends). All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Flexx can not be held responsible for a wrong or poorly supplied address, resulting in a non-delivery. Flexx can not be held responsible for damage or loss by the delivery company, any claims should be issued with the delivery company.
Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to taxes and import duties levied by the country of destination. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The arrival of your package depends on the country zone you live in. National deliveries can take up from 1 to 3 days while the Rest of the world can take up to 14 days. Please take in account that these timings imply business days and do not include weekend delivery.

Returns and refunds

All orders are final and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or a wrongly supplied item.
Please contact before returning any items to us.

Correctly returned items are eligible for a refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
